Reportable matters and violations
Reportable matters are in particular economic crime and regulatory offences committed by BGZ’s employees or business partners in the course of their official activities. Examples of economic crime and regulatory offences include fraud, breach of trust, corruption and embezzlement, accounting fraud, divulgence of trade and business secrets, environmental damage and endangering the health and safety of employees or stakeholders.
Violations of other regulations and compliance requirements can also be reported. Specific examples of that include, in particular, violations of compliance guidelines and occupational health and safety, IT security or data privacy regulations, or discriminatory conduct.

(2) Integrity Line – our whistleblowing portal
Alternatively, you can also submit reports via our digital whistleblowing portal, Integrity Line.
The whistleblowing portal is operated by an independent external legal service provider on behalf of BGZ. Reports received via the portal undergo a thorough review and legal assessment. Communication regarding the processing of reports takes place exclusively via the portal between the person submitting the report and the legal service provider. Both compliance issues and complaints relating to the general principle of equal treatment can be reported via the portal. You can submit reports using an online form or by voice message; anonymous messages are also possible.
