The site-independent concept describes each of the areas of the Konrad logistics centre (LoK), their functions and technical equipment. The concept is an important part of the preliminary planning for the LoK. It has been developed in several stages and regularly updated and amended. The document published here is the final version with the associated annexes. In the meantime, a site-specific concept for the logistics centre at the site of the former Würgassen nuclear power plant has been developed from the site-independent concept.
